Running thru life... Fire Works Pizza

Saturday night Joe and I headed out on our date night.
Joe had a frustrating day with homework while I had spent the day running around and was starving!

We decided to check another restaurant on our list:  Fire Works Pizza!
It has a location in Leesburg and Arlington.
We opted for the Leesburg location since we went to Arlington two weeks ago.

Of note-  Fire Works Pizza does not take reservation and often the wait is any where for 30 minutes to 1 hour.  They have a bar that you can wait at but it is very small.
We showed up around 7:30 pm and we sat by 8:15 or so.

It is a very small place!

All organic/local meats and veggies.  Local beers, wine, and organics also.
Which I love!
Joe and I heart fresh local food.

I order the Smokey Blue which was Blue Cheese, Onions,  Tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar.
Most excellent.  The small pizza 10 inch are 12-14$ while the bigger pizzas 14 inch are 16-18.
Joe and I both had a 10 inch.  Joe finished his while I had half a pizza left over, which will be my lunch time snack today and tomorrow.  =0)

Joe made his own pizza which is placed two different kinds of onions and two different kinds of sausage.  He states "This is the best pizza ever!"

We gave it a rating of Good +

Our rating system is as follows (with restaurants in each category- most are on the TOP 50 VA Restaurants!)
Excellent-   Has good to LightFoot,  Evo Bistro, and L'Auberge Chez Francois, Maple Ave

Good +    Restuarant Eve, Eat Bar,  Alto Plaza,  Graffiato

Good  Rustico,  The Majestic, Seasons 54

OK-  La Bergerie,  Lebanese Taverna,  Carlyle, Jaleo

Not good-  Passion fish

Basically anything that is good and above we would eat at again.

We will now add Fire Works Pizza to the list....
Our next stop Duangrats
